When it comes to a robust SUV option, we’ve often felt the Nissan Armada has been flying under the radar. We understand it’s a bit pricier than your barebones econobox models, but it’s well worth it thanks to a host of impressive features and a robust engine under the hood. Official U.S. pricing was just revealed for the 2018 Nissan Armada, plus a few new features to sweeten the deal.
How much does the 2018 Nissan Armada cost?
Nissan has announced the pricing for its 2018 Armada lineup, which you can see differs based on trim level and 2WD vs 4WD:
The 2018 model is set to go on sale on September 1, which means you should be seeing it here at Glendale Nissan soon. Though prices have gone up slightly from the 2017 Nissan Armada, we’re excited for the upcoming model year because there are some great new standard features. Among them is a larger 8-inch multi-touch infotainment system, HD Radio, SiriusXM Travel Link with a three-year trial (for those who opt for a SiriusXM subscription), enhanced voice recognition, NissanConnect, Hands-Free Messaging Assistant and more USB ports.

A new, exciting feature for those who have been considering the top-tier Platinum trim level is the Intelligent Rear View Mirror, a new feature that uses a high-resolution camera to project an image on the rearview mirror. Of course, the mirror can still be used in the traditional way, but the benefit of using cameras is that your vision isn’t blocked by anything that might be in your Armada. Whether this is cargo, people in the rear seat or just headrests and pillars, the I-RVM provides better rear visibility.
Aside from new standard features, you won’t see many other significant changes, as all trim levels still feature the 5.6-liter V8 engine paired with the 7-speed automatic transmission.
