Monday, August 21st, 2017Does the 2017 Nissan Armada have WiFi?
Nothing seems to drain your phone battery quite so fast as relying exclusively on LTE coverage. These days, many of us use our phones for navigation, music and podcasts. All of which we reasonably enjoy using for road trips or day-to-day commuting. This isn’t even mentioning the fact that so many phone companies have strict data limits. Even the so-called unlimited plans typically drop your speed after so much usage. It’s true the 2017 Nissan Armada comes standard with features like Bluetooth with audio streaming and navigation, both of which will help you conserve some juice on the road, but what about passengers? This is where WiFi comes in. (more…)

How does Nissan keep its V8 efficient?
Monday, January 23rd, 2017How does Nissan keep its V8 efficient?
When you look at the fuel economy figures for either the full-size 2017 Nissan Armada or the 2017 Nissan Titan, efficiency is unlikely to be the first word that comes to mind. Your Armada only gets 14 city and 19 highway mpg, while the Titan doesn’t fare much better with a 15 city and 21 highway mpg rating. Still, once you realize that these larger models have V8 engines, you might rethink whether these numbers are as bad as they seem. Nissan actually offers an innovative design that allows its V8 to more efficient than the competition, just so long as that competition is other V8 engines. (more…)

Depending on how big and powerful of a vehicle you may need, whether it be something that is flexible and efficient enough to be a daily driver or strong enough to tow a boat, there are compact, midsize, and full-size options to choose from.

2017 Nissan Armada Now Available in US
Monday, August 15th, 20162017 Nissan Armada Pricing and Availability
There’s been quite a bit of hype in the automotive world over the all-new Nissan Armada. While the Rogue and Murano have surpassed it in popularity and numbers sold, the Armada is still near and dear to our hearts because it is Nissan’s flagship SUV afterall.
The reason for its slack in sales is because it still is a large, truck-like SUV which has slowly been weeded out by the rise of the crossover generation. Just because crossovers have become the latest trend doesn’t mean that the desire for a large and powerful sport utility vehicle has been done away with, and with the Nissan Armada entering a new generation, it’s more appealing than ever before.
Now that it’s finally here in the United States, let’s talk 2017 Nissan Armada pricing and availability. (more…)

Monday, August 1st, 2016How similar is the 2017 Nissan Armada to the Patrol?
Big changes are in the forecast for the 2017 Nissan Armada. The largest member of the family, the full-size Armada will be sharing some design traits in common with the overseas Nissan Patrol. (The Patrol has never seen U.S. soil except for an earlier version back in the 60’s that was available under a different name.)
With the all-new Armada’s release date rolling around soon and plenty of rumors of how it will be an Americanized Nissan Patrol, we’d like to address what we know about how similar the 2017 Nissan Armada is to the Patrol. (more…)
2017 Nissan Armada Redesign Based on Patrol
Thursday, February 11th, 20162017 Nissan Armada Release Date
It has gone from rumor Patrol to preparing the Patrol as news breaks today at the Chicago Auto Show that these rumors are in fact true. How do we know? A better source than any “he said, she said” finger pointing tabloids found in the grocery store checkout lines, when an automotive rumor like this is confirmed at a national auto show, we can be certain.
The Patrol-based Nissan Armada will be making its debut this week at the Chicago Auto Show where our media team was able to capture the following pictures to give you a sneak peak ahead its public display date.
Next question though, when is the 2017 Nissan Armada’s release date? With its public debut being next week at the show….you would think that its arrival might be farther off than summer! That’s right, we are just one season away from the arrival of this updated, and fully reformed large SUV. (more…)
