Does the Nissan Maxima come with AWD?

This past year was a huge redesign year for the Nissan Maxima; in fact, we waited and watched for its debut during the Super Bowl until we finally caught a glimpse of its boomerang headlights and V-motion grille. Fully redesigned from top to bottom, the Nissan Maxima moves forward another year into its new generation.

Because the 2017 Nissan Maxima is still fairly new, we’ve received a number of questions about this full size luxury sedan. To help sort out any confusion, we plan to answer a few of the frequently asked questions below, such as “Does the Nissan Maxima come with AWD?”  The Maxima is strictly available as a front wheel drive vehicle. All-wheel drive is not offered.
