New vehicle and don’t quite know where everything is and how it works? Considering all of the new technology features that vehicles are equipped with, it’s no wonder that things are confusing. Helping you to learn to use all of those bells and whistles, Glendale Nissan will explain how to operate cruise control on the 2016 Nissan Rogue.
Step-by-Step Nissan Rogue Cruise Control
The set speed will now be displayed on the indicator mentioned in step 2. If you accelerate beyond this speed, the number will blink until you return to the set number or cancel cruise.
To increase your set cruising speed, push the “Accelerate” switch up until you reach the desired speed. Each time you toggle it up, it will increase by 1 mph.
Pressing “Cancel” will cancel the set speed you have chosen. The speed that was last set will still appear, letting you know that if you switch back to cruise, this is the speed it will return to.
Tapping the brake is another way to cancel cruise, but to entirely turn off cruise control, press the “ON/OFF” button.
