For 2017, Nissan gave an impressive refresh to a fan favorite, the GT-R. That’s a tough update to follow, but for 2018 it promises to retain its solid following. Here’s what you need to know about the 2018 Nissan GT-R, including official U.S. pricing for the model, plus a new trim level.
Starting MSRP for the 2018 Nissan GT-R
A big announcement for this model year is the new GT-R Pure, which lowers the starting MSRP for the GT-R to $99,990. This is clearly no pocket change, but it does make the vehicle more appealing against the competition. This means there are four total trims this model year, with the Premium, Track Edition and Nismo all continuing. Standard features in the Nissan GT-R Pure include the 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6, ATESSA E-TS All-Wheel Drive, 20-inch super lightweight forged-alloy RAYS wheels, Nissan/Brembo braking system, Nissan navigation, Apple CarPlay, an 8-inch touch control color monitor, voice recognition, a rearview camera, push-button start, front and rear sonar system, dual-zone temperature control and more.

The addition of Apple CarPlay is new for 2018, along with a Kuro Night color option for the Premium Interior Package. Naturally, as a new trim level, these standards are just the start. Prices range all the way up to a $175,590 for the GT-R Nismo, which has a number of track-inspired enhancements for optimum performance. Available features include an 11-speaker Bose audio system, active nosie cancellation, a titanium exhaust system, Nismo tuned performance parts and more.
