Is the 2022 Nissan Altima Fuel-Efficient?
When the front-wheel-drive S model is equipped with a 2.5-liter engine, it delivers a fuel economy of 28 mpg in the city, 39 mpg on the highway, and 32 mpg combined. The front-wheel-drive SV, SR, and SL models achieve 27 mpg in the city, 37 mpg on the highway, and 31 mpg combined.
Meanwhile, for the 2.5-liter all-wheel-drive SV and SL models, the 2022 Altima makes 26 mpg in the city, 36 mpg on the highway, and 30 mpg combined. On the other hand, the SR and Platinum models gain 25 mpg in the city, 35 mpg on the highway, and 29 mpg combined.
The SR front-wheel-drive model comes with a 2.0-liter Turbo engine. It is rated at 25 mpg in the city, 34 mpg on the highway, and 29 mpg combined.
