Which Nissan SUVs can tow a boat?

Summer is practically here which means boating season! With the average boat weighing around 3,000 to 5,000 pounds, here are the Nissan SUVs that have the power to bring along your water vehicle. Keep reading to learn about each Nissan SUV.
Nissan Pathfinder
The Nissan Pathfinder has a maximum towing capacity of 6,000 pounds. This SUV is powered by the 3.5-liter Direct Injection Gasoline (DIG) V6 engine which outputs 259 pound-feet of torque and 284 horsepower. For added handling, the Nissan Pathfinder has an Intelligent 4×4 and Advanced Drive-Assist Display. To give additional functionality, the Pathfinder has towing accessories like the Tow Hitch Receiver, Class III; Hitch Ball Mount, Class III and Hitch Ball, Class III. Other performance features include drive selector, specially tuned suspension, Hill Start Assist and Hill Descent Control.
Nissan Armada
The Nissan Armada has a maximum towing capacity of up to 8,500 pounds. This SUV uses the 5.6-liter Endurance® V8 engine with VVEL® stuns which outputs up to 400 horsepower and 413 pound-feet of torque. To help dial in on the performance, the Nissan Armada also has an advanced 7-speed automatic transmission. This allows drivers to switch to Manual Shift mode or use the Downshift Rev Matching to deliver extra-smooth shifting.
