I love the professionalism and extraordinary service I receive on any of my visits with my vehicle! My team always review and check my records before quoting or asking me to sign any paperwork! I never feel hassles of an upsale about trying to do additional or unnecessary repairs for more money! I ...will always stick with Glendale Nissan because I have entrusted them for years with all my vehicles and they have always taken great care of me! Show more

I saw the vehicle I liked online at an amazing list price. I went to Glendale Nissan and the vehicle was exactly as advertised. I was driving home in my new Nissan certified 2021 Murano an hour and half later. They made my car buying experience so simple and without any issues. Service team was friendly and accommodating. They were even welcoming of my dog in the waiting area. The oil change was completed quickly. I would have liked a little more explanation of the upsell services suggested, but I did not feel pressured. He told me basically what the service was, but not w...hy it was recommended. Show more

Excellent service! Right from start to finish! They are friendly know the ins and outs of all the cars features and services. Orlando is amazing, my entire family has been buying cars from him for years and he never lets us down. Finance was painless! Would highly recommend

This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership hands down. I left with exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. The sales team was super helpful and not at all pushy. It was quick and painless, and I could not be more happy with my new (to me) car ?

I have to say that this was a very good experience & Eddie was such a pleasure to work with walking the lot in this chilly weather with us and answering our questions!! They got my car in right away instead of scheduling the work time and making me return on another day, which was wonderful! All the employees, especially Kyle were extremely professional and friendly. The part needed was in stock and got installed right away and two recall jobs were also done. The o...nly problem was that I was originally told the cost would be below a $170.00 maximum pre-estimate. Possibly quite a bit below $170.00. But the final price of the labor and parts was $190.00. All in all it was an excellent experience! Show more
